Ismaiel (Chief of Agents — Kinship Division)The Test of Kinship is the culminating stage of the Halatack assessment process, designed to rigorously evaluate a candidate’s ability to prioritize organizational loyalty above personal relationships, external affiliations, or competing interests. This comprehensive and intensive assessment ensures candidates demonstrate unwavering allegiance to Halatack’s mission and values, marking the final requirement for registration as a Halatack Agent or Member. Successful completion grants full membership; failure results in permanent disqualification and revocation of all interim credentials.
Objective
The primary objective of the Test of Kinship is to measure a candidate’s long-term commitment to Halatack’s mission, ensuring they can place organizational priorities above personal, familial, or external loyalties. This assessment evaluates the candidate’s ability to navigate complex ethical dilemmas while maintaining steadfast alignment with Halatack’s core principles.
Administration and Execution
The Test of Kinship is conducted on a one-on-one basis by a certified agent from the Kinship Division, under the direct oversight of Chief S. Ismaiel, a senior member of the Halatack Board. The Chief holds the highest authority among testing divisions, overseeing agent training, scenario development, and procedural compliance. The assessment is administered at an unannounced time following successful completion of the Test of Trust, with an extended evaluation window involving multiple interactions to thoroughly assess loyalty. The test is presented covertly, often integrated into routine professional or interpersonal scenarios, to capture authentic responses reflective of the candidate’s true priorities.
- Unannounced and Extended Scheduling: The assessment occurs at a random time with a prolonged evaluation period to ensure comprehensive observation.
- Agent Certification: Agents are trained and certified per Agent Training Standard (ATS-4), equipped to design complex scenarios testing organizational loyalty.
- Scenario Design: Scenarios simulate real-world dilemmas requiring candidates to prioritize Halatack’s interests over personal or external ties.
- Oversight and Review: Chief S. Ismaiel reviews all outcomes to ensure impartiality, consistency, and adherence to stringent evaluation protocols.
- Data Security: All interactions are documented in encrypted candidate files, with evidence handled under strict chain-of-custody procedures per Halatack Privacy Standard (HPS-1).
